Ivan E. Haynes, 92, of Anderson passed away on January 4, 2021 at Millers Merry Manor in Chesterfield. Ivan was born on April 1, 1928 in Greenfield, IN to Robert P. and Cora Maude (Shelton) Haynes. Before his retirement, Ivan was a mechanic for the City of Muncie, Indiana. In his spare time, I van enjoyed building and working on cars.
Ivan is survived by his children: Sandy Pierce, Mike Haynes, Cora Haynes, Neal Haynes, Denise Haynes and Michelle Haynes; several grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Ivan is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Janice and son, Duane Haynes.
A graveside service will be held at a later date in McCray Cemetery in Wilkinson. Condo & St. Pierre Funeral Home, Wilkinson is assisting the family with arrangements.
