Roger H. Rigney of Wilkinson entered eternal life at 2:42 p.m. on May 5, 2009, at St. Vincent's Hospital in Indianapolis, after a 14-year battle with a rare carcinoid cancer. Roger was born on April 5, 1946 in New Castle, Indiana.
